How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship all orders using UPS and FedEx Priority Overnight, with an estimated 1–2 day transit time. Signatures are not required. We strongly encourage you to have someone available to receive the perishable package based on the expected delivery date and time. 📦 Shipping ScheduleWe ship Monday through Wednesday only to ensure your seafood arrives fresh and on time.No shipments are made on Thursdays, Fridays, weekends, or holidays.🕐 Order Cut-Off TimesOrders places before 1:00 PM Alaska Time (Mon–Wed) will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Wednesday through the weekend will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays).Example: Order placed Tuesday before 1:00 PM AKDT → Ships Wednesday → Arrives Thursday or Friday.

How to track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to the email address you provided at checkout. Depending on the carrier, this will be a FedEx or UPS tracking link that allows you to follow your package in real time as it makes its way to your door.As part of our commitment to exceptional service, we also provide a personal touch:✅ When your order is picked up by the carrier, a member of our team will call or text you to confirm it’s on its way.✅ We’ll also reach out once your package is delivered to ensure everything arrived in good condition.If you don’t see your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder, or feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to resend it.We're here to make sure your seafood experience is smooth from dock to doorstep.

We currently ship anywhere within the continental United States (the lower 48 states). Unfortunately, we do not to Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time. All orders are shipped via overnight service to ensure your seafood arrives in good condition and at safe temperatures. If you're located in a rural area or require special delivery instructions, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help coordinate the best shipping solution possible.

What happens if I do not receive my order or it arrives late?

If your order is delayed by one or more days and the seafood arrives spoiled (no longer frozen or cool to the touch), we’ve got you covered. Every shipment includes automatic shipping insurance—we’ll reship your order at no extra cost.To request a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide the following:A photo of the shipping boxA photo of the FedEx labelPhotos of any spoiled itemsIf your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, double-check the address entered at checkout.
