
Terms, Conditions, Shipping & Refunds
We ship all orders using FedEx Priority Overnight, with an estimated 1–2 day transit time. Signatures are not required. We strongly encourage you to have someone available to receive the perishable package based on the expected delivery date and time.
📦 Shipping Schedule
We ship Monday through Wednesday only to ensure your seafood arrives fresh and on time.
No shipments are made on Thursdays, Fridays, weekends, or holidays.
🕐 Order Cut-Off Times
Orders places before 1:00 PM Alaska Time (Mon–Wed) will ship the next business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM Wednesday through the weekend will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Example:
Order placed Tuesday before 1:00 PM AKDT → Ships Wednesday → Arrives Thursday or Friday.
⛔ Same-day shipping is not available.
📍 Shipping Address Policy
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check all address details — spelling, apartment/unit numbers, zip codes, etc.
We cannot be held liable for misrouted packages due to incorrect information.
- Address changes after shipment will incur a $35 rerouting fee.
- We recommend avoiding business addresses unless they’re open until
8 PM (local time) and on Saturdays, as FedEx may deliver late or on weekends.
🌍 Shipping Area & Rates
Free shipping for orders of $500 or more (continental U.S. only).
Orders under $500 will incur a $85 or $145 shipping fee depending upon package weight. No shipping options currently available for Hawaii.
✅ Shipping Insurance – Included
Shipping insurance is automatically included with every order. It covers the cost of reshipping your order if both of the following occur:
- The package is delayed by one or more days, AND
- The contents arrive spoiled (not frozen or cool to the touch)
- Package is lost in transit due to a carrier mishandling error.
To request a reshipment, please provide:
- A photo of the shipping box
- A photo of the FedEx label
- Photos of all spoiled items
Each shipping box is covered under this policy.
🔄 Returns & Quality Concerns
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Retain all packaging until the issue is resolved — we may request photos to verify claims.
In the rare event of an error on our part, we’ll provide a credit or replacement. We reserve the right to investigate potentially fraudulent claims.
🎁 Special Events & Holidays
If ordering for an event or as a gift, we recommend planning ahead.
Notify your recipient when possible to prevent packages from sitting unattended. We are not responsible for spoilage due to missed or unnoticed deliveries.

We proudly operate in Alaska, where weather can be unpredictable.
While delays are rare, neither Jolly Wally’s nor FedEx can be held responsible for late deliveries caused by extreme weather or transit disruptions.
